The next cooking workshop scheduled for Saturday, November 21, with Alain Delprat

It is time to prepare for the end-of-year festivities, especially from a culinary perspective. In a 3-hour session, in a small group of no more than 15 participants, come and discover the recipes of Alain Delprat, President of the Toques Blanches du Roussillon and Maître Cuisinier de France, to prepare a starter, a main course and a dessert that you will be able to taste at the end of the session. You can simply watch or help the chef if you wish. Huile des Orgues olive oils will of course be used to ensure the success of these dishes.
