Traditions 750ml Black Olive Taste

This oil (formelly called “fruité noir”) is prepared with black olives, harvested at full maturity and stored several days in a specific place for a controlled fermentation.

Its taste is typical, called “old fashioned”, with black olive taste, eventually cocoa and truffle notes. Rich in mouth, soft and subtle, the “fruité noir” suits to salads, Mediterranean meals, and vegetable.
